Below are the PCI faculty opportunities & minimum qualification requirements:

HEALTHCARE

  • Medical Assisting (MA) Program Coordinator (Part-time) – CT: Hamden, MA-Chicopee
    3 years’ experience in MA field, Certified Medical Assistant, Registered Medical Assistant or other National Certification recognized by CHEA, CCMA, NCMA), Associates Degree graduate from MA or nursing program.
  • Practical Nursing Instructors (Full-time / Part-time) - CT: Bridgeport, Enfield, Hamden, Waterbury
    Bachelors’ in Nursing, Current CT RN License, 3 years’ of clinical nursing experience as LPN or RN

TRADES

  • Auto Technology Instructors (Full-time / Part-time) - MA: Chicopee
    CT: High School Diploma/GED, 3 years’ experience in automotive field
    MA: 3 years’ experience in automotive field
  • Electrical Instructors (Full-time / Part-time) – CT: Waterbury; MA: Brockton, Worcester, Chicopee
    CT: High School Diploma/GED, Valid E-1 or E-2 license, 3 years’ experience in electrical field
    MA: High School Diploma/GED, Valid Mass E, Masters (A), or Journeyman (B) electrician’s license,  3 years’ experience in the electrical field
  • HVAC Instructors (Full-time / Part-time) – CT: Bridgeport, Waterbury; MA: Brockton
    CT: High School Diploma/GED, Valid CT S-1 or S-2 license (or B-2 AND D-2 license), 3 years’ experience in the HVAC field
    MA: High School Diploma/GED, MA Oil Burner Technician certificate, 3 years’ experience in the HVAC field

CAMPUS LEADERSHIP/MANAGEMENT

  • Campus Director of Operations and Education (Full-time) – CT: Hamden, Waterbury; MA-Worcester
    Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred; Minimum 5 years management experience in a postsecondary educational environment required; background with a Nursing program or working within the Nursing field is a plus.  Knowledge of state regulations, accreditation standards, Title IV regulations is required.

It’s as simple as that!

PAYMENT: You will receive $2,000 for a full-time & $1,000 for a part-time hire if your referred candidate is hired. You will receive a check at your mailing address for 50% of the referral bonus after 90 days from hire date and the remaining 50% of the referral bonus after 6 months from hire date. The payments are taxable. You will receive a Form1099 from YTI in January, 2023 at your mailing address. Individuals must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for payment.
