Healthcare
Practical Nursing Instructors (Full-time / Part-time) – CT: Bridgeport, Hamden, and Waterbury
Bachelors’ in Nursing, Current CT RN License, 3 years of clinical nursing experience as LPN or RN
Dental Assisting Program Coordinator (Full-time) – CT: Waterbury
Graduate of a Dental Assisting or Dental Hygiene program. Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) through the DANB. 3 or more years of recent Dental Assisting or Dental Hygiene experience
Medical Assisting Instructor (Full-time / Part-time) – CT: Hamden, New London; MA: Chicopee
CT: Minimum 3 years’ related work experience as a Medical Assistant or nurse, CMA, RMA, or other National Certification recognized by CHEA (CCMA, NCMA) or willing to obtain, High School Diploma or GED required
MA: Minimum 3 years’ related work experience as a Medical Assistant or nurse, CMA, RMA, or other National Certification recognized by CHEA (CCMA, NCMA) required, High School Diploma or GED required, Graduate from a Medical Assisting or nursing program required
Trades
Auto Technology Instructors (Full-time / Part-time) – CT: Bridgeport, Hamden; MA: Chicopee, Worcester
CT: High School Diploma/GED, 3 years of experience in automotive field
MA: 3 years of experience in automotive field
Electrical Instructors (Full-time / Part-time) – CT: Bridgeport, Waterbury, Hamden, New London; MA: Worcester, Chicopee
CT: High School Diploma/GED, Valid E-1 or E-2 license, 3 years of experience in electrical field
MA: High School Diploma/GED, Valid Mass E, Masters (A), or Journeyman (B) electrician’s license, 3 years of experience in the electrical field
HVAC Instructors (Full-time / Part-time) – CT: Bridgeport, Hamden; MA: Chicopee, Brockton, Worcester
CT: High School Diploma/GED, Valid CT S-1 or S-2 license (or B-2 AND D-2 license), 3 years of experience in the HVAC field
MA: High School Diploma/GED, MA Oil Burner Technician certificate, 3 years of experience in the HVAC field
Plumbing Instructors (Full-time / Part-time) –CT: Bridgeport, New London;
CT: High School Diploma/GED, Valid CT P-1 or P-2 license, 3 years of experience in the Plumbing field
Diesel Instructors: (Part-time) – PA: York; 3 years of experience in diesel field, ASE Medium/Heavy Truck Certification required
Admissions
Director of Admissions (Regional)
Locations: Massachusetts
- Associates Degree or higher preferred
- 5 years of sales experience with 3 years in a supervisory capacity
- Post-secondary admissions experience preferred
Financial Aid
Educational Funding Specialist
Location: New London, CT, Worcester, MA
- Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years related work experience – prior financial aid experience preferred

It’s as simple as that!
PAYMENT: Referral bonus amounts will range from $1,000 up to $5,000 maximum depending on the position, if your referred candidate is hired. You will receive a check at your mailing address for 50% of the referral bonus after 90 days from hire date and the remaining 50% of the referral bonus after 6 months from hire date. The payments are taxable. You will receive a Form1099 from PCI/YTI in January, of the corresponding tax year at your mailing address. Individuals must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for payment.
