Porter and Chester Institute’s Electrical Technology program at our campus locations in Connecticut will help you take the first steps toward becoming an electrician. We’ll give you a solid foundation of basic electrical theory and the technical skills you’ll need to work in a variety of settings.

If you’re a hands-on learner, then you’ll appreciate all the time you’ll get to spend in the lab working on real electrical units with actual industry equipment. Choose from either our blended (lecture online, labs on campus), or on-ground (lectures and labs on campus) delivery options currently offered at select campuses.
