    What Will I Learn?

      • Turn concepts from designers, mechanical engineers and architects into usable computer-generated drawings, designs and 3D components
      • How to draw 2D and 3D (modeling) plans for buildings, and related services like electrical, lighting, HVAC and plumbing
      • How to draw 2D and 3D (modeling) plans for manufacturing and related services like die design, jigs and fixtures and extrusion molding
      • Work with programs such as AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, SolidWorks and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
      • Learn the fundamentals of construction and manufacturing processes
      • In addition to technical skills, you’ll learn how to interact with industry professionals by learning what employers expect of their employees
