You can choose from two education delivery options currently offered at select campuses:

  1. Online Program – 100% online
    Online program offered in CT through our Waterbury location and in MA through our Chicopee location
  2. On-Ground Program - Lectures and labs on campus
    Projected* to be offered at: Waterbury CT and Chicopee MA
    *On-ground availability is anticipated for classes beginning 8/12/24. Should on-ground classes not be available, students could begin the program following the online delivery schedule.
  • Graduates earn a diploma
  • Program Length: 12 months

Licenses, Certifications, Credentials

Students are able to sit for the following credentialing exams as part of their program:

  • CompTIA A+ 1 and 2
  • CompTIA Network +
  • CompTIA Cloud +

Your first test fees are included in the cost of the program.

You’ll be trained to install computer hardware and software. You’ll learn all about operating systems, networking interface components, cabling and connectivity.
